I know I'm late to Jodi's portrait party, but better week 15 than never hey.
So here goes;
Miss Pepper sitting on the slippery (she had a bruised elbow to prove it) steps of Rosh Pina, one of the oldest Jewish agricultural settlements of Israel.
Miss Jazzy on the roof of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in the Old City of Jerusalem.
Miss Indi sitting on a bench in the back alleys of Jerusalem while we were wandering around looking for a cafe/bookshop. There was a homeless man hovering over us and as soon as we left he lay himself down for a rest.
So there's my set.
Are you playing along with Jodi's portrait a week too?
Have you been keeping up?
Have you portraited this week? Maybe I'll come and visit at four in the morning when jet-lag is kicking my bum.
Big portrait love and have a rad week you guys.
xx
yes, playing along; just started blogging this year and Jodi's project gave me a good reason to get started. Love the portraits of your girls. See quite a lot of Pepper on your blog but no so much of your older two..so lovely to see such relaxed candid shots. Hope you settle back in ok. xx
ReplyDeleteDoesn't matter if you're late when they're such great shots! :)
ReplyDeleteOh Kate welcome! I totally lived through your travel adventures on IG...how wonderful it must have been! You do have the most adorable girls ever!

ReplyDeleteOh, so lovely to have you on board, Kate. I love these shots but particularly your portrait of Indi - she is becoming such a beautiful young woman x
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely stunning, Kate! Kellie xx
ReplyDeleteNo portraits here, but I had to say what truly gorgeous girls you have.
ReplyDeleteI followed along your trip on instagram and absolutely enjoyed every single minute of it :D Thankyou for letting us tag along!
Love the photos of your gorgeous girls, great shots!
ReplyDeleteYes following along here, I find it motivates me to keep my camera out and photograph more often!
what beautiful girls you have. love that first shot.
ReplyDeleteOh hello! I love finding such lovely blogs through the 52project! and I think anytime is fine to hop aboard! I just love these photos of your sweet girls. Gorgeous shots. What fun! One of my favorite parts of this project is finding new blogs through others. Often people feature their favorite blog shots from other blogs from the week before (just as Jodi does). You can lose hours following the trail of lovely blogs from one to another. hope that jet-lag doesn't kick your butt too much! xxoo
ReplyDeletethey all look so beautiful! Heather x
ReplyDeleteAlways better late than never, especially when it comes to your images. The girls are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteMust admit I was wishing I could join..do you think I could?? Lovely pictures of your gorgeous girls .
ReplyDeleteWelcome home. I've loved your posts from Israel. I discovered your blog thanks to Jodi's like list and i am so grateful - I caught up on your entire caravan trip over 2 days!
ReplyDeleteI am doing the 52 project too and really enjoying the excuse to follow my kids around with camera in hand. They're growing up too quickly and sometimes it's the most mundane moments that I treasure the most.
Like my kids fascination with hanging out in the toilet, as captured this week. http://airstreamfamily.com.au/2013/04/12/1552/
Good luck getting over your jet lag x
Oh my goodness what a beauty Indi is! Your girls are gorgeous and I love these pictures. It really must seem quite surreal to have been there just days ago and now here you are back into term two, just like that! I had high hopes of the 52 project but bummed pretty early on, I guess I should still post when I can, few and far between is still better than nothing at all..x
ReplyDeleteFabulous portraits - your girls are growing up so quickly. I love the setting for Miss Pepper's photo.
ReplyDeleteAwesome photos and three lovely looking girls. Love your work!

Beautiful Portraits of your beautiful Girls Kate! I love that one of Indi too. I'm doing it but just once a month - too hard getting 5 portraits a week with everything else going on around here and I have a terrible record with weekly memes. Loved looking at your holiday photos on IG, hope you're all getting over the dreaded jet lag! Mel x
ReplyDeleteI did wonder where you were! x
ReplyDeleteIm always late to the party ;) these photos are simply stunning. Can't wait to follow along with you!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous shots!!! Welcome to the 52 project family.
ReplyDeleteSuch stunning photographs. They alone tell a story. You are very gifted! If you publish a book of your stunning work, I'll grab several copies! Thanks for sharing your talent and also a slice of your life.
ReplyDeleteSimply beautiful. And each photo captures the stage that they're at - a little girl, a big girl and a girl turning into a stunning young woman. Dx
