Applique used to be my thing, but I am loving this no puckers or wrinkles, quick and clean way of getting an image onto a t'shirt.
Last night at craft group, I started my softie for Mirabel and made a leg and a foot. There were a few jokes about it being a certain male appendage warmer but that's just silly now isn't it.
Today I'm being taken to Habadash to spend a gift voucher. Check out their site, it looks too good to be true.
I hope the sun is shining where you are and that you have a great weekend.
I love that toadstool design - really cool
ReplyDeleteThe toadstool t-shirts look great Kate. What toy are your crocheting, is it a bunny or a doll. Cannot wait to see, and have fun spending your voucher, I am sure you will find just the right thing for you!
ReplyDeleteGreat print - do you buy the frames?

ReplyDeleteI'm about half way through your mum's book.
I'm completely loving it. Crying quite a lot too.
Andi :-)
Hi Kate, the t-shirts are gorgeous, I'm totally in awe of your screen printing. It's one big mystery to me, but I'd love to learn how one day, your designs are very inspiring!
ReplyDeleteAlso, happy belated birthday! I stopped by your blog to leave a birthday message for you and got totally distracted by your dad's blog (which is great by the way) and left a comment for him and not for you!! Sounds like you had a great day :)
I cant get enough of your screen printing goodness.... If I lived down the road I would definitely be popping by with baked goods to bribe you into teaching me. Great work.
ReplyDeleteHi Kate that image is so cute!
ReplyDeleteHave fun at haberdash!
